It's not that simple. When I see ads on RWT (not too often, since I'm running FlashBlock, though not any script or ads blockers per se), they are mostly in Finnish. I imagine that readers from Sweden see Swedish ads and readers from Germany German ads. I think pretty much every ad network uses localized ads. Which is great, by the way. I couldn't care less about someone in United States trying to sell me something, or offering me a job, no matter how great the deal.
Anyway, it's totally unrealistic to think that David or someone else in similar situation would go through all the ads for different markets and reject the bad ones. Even if he was doing rejection purely on aestheric base, the volume is simply too big.
