Excuse, everyone, but I'll correct myself.
1. IDQ can't read across iterations. Next iteration = next clock. Therefore, ideally, a loop should have 4n mops.
2. BPU if off when LSD is on (i.e. the loop is locked in IDQ). So 1-clock iteration cases are not restricted by BPU, but only by back-end (assuming < 5 mops).
