Since Haswell's circuit design has been optimized to take full advantage of the 22 nm process and taking account that the top Haswell SKU has a 95W TDP (when compared to a 77W TDP for the top Ivy Bridge SKU), is it safe to assume that the top Haswell SKU should launch at a substantially higher frequency (say 15-20% higher) than the Core i7 3770K?
