Oh wait. Never mind.
That said, there are two problems with this theory. First is that JHH would rather eat his hands to his elbows than use an AMD core, especially if AMD had any branding restrictions on it.
Second, Nvidia _IS_ developing an x86 CPU. Really. By the time any Bobcat core based project will be ready, NV will have their own core.(1)

(1) This is a purely technical statement, it does not imply that it will ever see market. I fully expect Intel's lawyers to darken the skies as they circle NV HQ dropping writs and other WMDs.
