BTW for reference, HP acquisition of apollo was a massive failure and is widely regarded as why Sun became successful.

Dell has done as much innovation as Apple. And plays in more markets and Apple. Dell is very much not reactive and they push out products and processes which everyone else tries to copy. You appear to know little about the industry or computer history.
