ARM CPU have been in every mobile phone since mobile phones exist
Mobile Phones market penetration is quickly increasing in every countries in the world and people wants more and more functionnalities. Snake game is not enough anymore.
x86 did not managed to enter this market sofar
But ARM did not managed to enter into x86 natural market either.
So until i see an ARM based laptop/desktop or even netbook, i don't believe that ARM cpu will be able to fight against x86 in their core business: real computers with real performance.
Win8 on ARM is a good weapon to get but it's not enough. Where are High perfomance ARM and when they will come to market and what real perfomance will thet bring on the table then?
I'm waiting for an ARM CPU able to compete with Atom/Ontario. When this event will happen we could start another thread!
