If you look at Figure 2, you can see a comparison that lets you eyeball the difference.

At 0.7V (best case) the improvement is going to be about 20% performance. At 0.85V the improvement is 120-135mV (hard to eyeball) or around 10-15%.

If I were to estimate the power differences at 0.85V, it seems like the FinFETs would have about 72% of the power of the planar devices (at the same power, but lower voltage). So at 0.85V, using FinFETs is equivalent to the performance/power improvement you'd get from an additional node. At 0.7V, it will be even bigger.
