Hi,
I disagree. Based on my analysis of public web reviews, it seems to me that Llano A8-3850 (2.9 GHz, no Turbo Core) has a 5-7% IPC advantage on a equally clocked Athlon II X4 635 (2.9 GHz, no Turbo Core).
You can find the details here: http://www.ilsistemista.net/index.php/hardware/hardware-analysis/15-amd-a8-3850-and-a8-3500m-apu-llano-benchmarks-analysis.html?start=2
