Actually it's a lot more complicated than that. Motorola, HTC, etc. are all quite savvy buyers and can spend significant resources to investigate the power efficiency and performance.

Actually it's a lot more complicated than that. Motorola, HTC, etc. are all quite savvy buyers and can spend significant resources to investigate the power efficiency and performance.
