Don't read too much into that. Availability dates for submitted TPC-C benchmarks are pretty much all either "immediate" or six months after the submission.
TPC-C requires that the system be available within six months of the submission. If it's actually shipping, you'll usually see an "immediate" availability date. If it's not, you'll see the six months, no matter what the actual planned ship date is, because if it runs late, the vendor will have to withdraw the submission.
It also leaves the vendor six months to tune the benchmark (perhaps using different hardware), while leaving the original benchmark out there (and when the re-run is done, the vendor will withdraw the older submission).
Of course that leaves the possibility that the vendor's planned ship date for the system in question is actually in August.
