Because you clearly don't understand the facts of the case, clearly haven't read the lawsuit, clearly don't understand the nature of contract law and clearly didn't read the verdict.

1. No obligations were 'created', rather the court was enforcing obligations implicit in an existing contract.

2. The courts verdict is quite clear, if you would only read it.
