Do you know if implementations are going to execute 32 bit ARMv7 code at full speed? In that case, won't predication shifting and addressing etc still complicate execution? What's the plan there?

Do you know if implementations are going to execute 32 bit ARMv7 code at full speed? In that case, won't predication shifting and addressing etc still complicate execution? What's the plan there?
