Since AArch64 is claimed to extend the LPAE page table format and the "Long-descriptor translation table format" supports 2MiB and 1GiB "blocks", it seems almost certain that such will be supported for 4KiB base pages in AArch64. There is also a "Contiguous hint" bit indicating 16 pages form an aligned group (equivalent to 64KiB and 16MiB page support in original ARM, providing 64KiB and 32MiB pages for AArch64/LPAE). If this is retained with 64KiB base pages, then 1MiB pages will be supported (presumably with 512MiB "block" for the directory node) and possibly 8GiB pages (4TiB "blocks" seem rather unlikely--much less a 64TiB contiguous section of such blocks!).
