Why does Haswell (green line) have a lower memory latency for an access range of 256MB and 1GB than it does for an access range of 32MB and 64MB? Ivy Bridge (blue line) doesn't do this so something about DRAM DIMM access changed between Ivy Bridge and Haswell. The graph below is from AnandTech.
