Obviously they are not :). A pile of shi*** a could say.
Still this desperate marketing means a lot; ARM knows that times are changing and many OEMs have Silvermont on track in their tablets and cheap convertibles.
Intel is in full production now with Bay Trail and very likely this summer we'll see some products in early previews; Amd too is at work with a nice and interesting Soc.
Tablets market is growing, phone market is stagnant and in future it will be focused on middle/low range devices. Usa and Europe are saturated of high priced smartphones and customers will not make the upgrade only for a bump of 1/2 inch of screen, in a short time the Golden Age will end. Moreover next two years will are boring because 20nm planar node will be less than stellar , so why to upgrade???
Intel and Amd are rushing for tablets of various size, in this segment Arm has not a future at all. This is the reason of this orrible presentation :)
