Ummmmm not much considering that Qualcomm supply 40% of the soc Phone market and over 50% analog/digital, there isn't much money in this segment, IMO Intel is not interested at all. Anyway Qualcomm seems flat lately and down versus last quarter.
Yes it is at its peak, other Companies (Mediatek is the more interesting IMO but Huawei can do well in the future) are removing new hopes of growth. Still the biggest threat are the upcoming "in house" socs of some large players.
A Qualcomm high exec said recently: "hopefully in five years from now we will still be in the Soc game"......hopefully :), looking at Samsung et others future roadmaps i can say a big no.
