If you get no beeps at all, no display and no sounds from inside the case, find the cr2032 battery, it's silver and round and mounted on the motherboard. This battery maintains the bios settings when the machine is powered off. They last for years, but when the battery runs low, the machine will do nothing. No beeps, no display, it just sits there playing dumb. You can buy a new one for next to nothing and after replacing it, your system will beep and boot. Try it first!
