As an interested amateur, the subscription prices for MPR are beyond my reach - they're asking a minimum of $850/year for a subscription.

On the other hand, I've found RWT's articles to be interesting even when they're badly out of date: http://www.realworldtech.com/z196-mainframe/ for example would be interesting to me even if published today, not when the z196 came out.

Would you be able to suggest to the appropriate team at Linley that there's a market for a time delayed (but cheap) hobbyist subscription? Basically something where an enthusiast like myself can see what you guys were saying (and learn from it), but delayed enough that by the time I'm reading back issues, the market's moved on (so that businesses can't use the hobbyist subscription, as it's too out of date by the time they get access).
