I interviewed with them a while back and it didn't sound like they were making any progress. I looked up the company on linkedin and found more ex-employees than employees, and one had a snarky line about how they kept pushing back their release date.
You can see the same thing by searching for their website on web.archive.org. Basically nothing changes, except their unstealthing date, which gets pushed back again and again.
It's possible that they have a great idea and a good implementation that's just late because, hey, first chips are hard, and that things are on track now. It's also possible that they've been around long enough that they're out of money and that they need some press before they raise money.
