Any guesses if Zen will do 50-75-90% of Intel performance at not much higher than 100% of Intel power budget? Especially if you include the rest of the motherboard? Any chance of less than 100% (or at least less W/MIP for full price chips)?

I think the steamengine cores can do 50%, so presumably it will be higher.
