Once I made this comparison based on the die photos provided in a Hungarian article:

Intel high end cores die size comparison

Megateszt: Intel CPU-k Nehalemtől Skylake-ig
(it also contains very uarch diagrams with ROB, PRF sizes, etc.)

Zen comes in at around 6 sqmm incl. L2.
