For whatever reason I can't find a reference for the z13's TLB at the moment, but the L1 TLB is 512 entries, and I *think* the L2 is 4K. The z13 also is supposed to have a separate TLB for large pages (on the z12 large pages were translated in the same L1 TLB as the 4K pages). I don't recall ever seeing any description of the organization of the large-page TLB.
