Ireland,
I have already received a number of complaints about your posts and negative impact on the SNR here...so I am warning you gently. Please stay on topic and try to emulate the better posters here. For example, Robert Wessel is always illuminating subtleties of zArch (which he is very familiar with), and Aaron Spink has spent 20 years or more designing server CPUs. Tarlinian has insights into process technology that are wonderful to read. Paul Clayton has little experience in the industry but has many ideas, much enthusiasm, and has read tremendous amounts about architecture.
This isn't open to debate, justification, or discussion - don't try to explain to me what is 'on topic', as that is ultimately at my discretion (but will be guided by the community). Stay on topic, and please comport yourself appropriately.
