I'm having trouble finding a credible answer --

Who manufactures / on what node is the Broadcom BCM2837 / 2837B0 chips that are used in the Raspberry Pi 3B / 3B+ ?

I believe the Pi 1/Zero 2835 chip is made on TSMC's 40nm.
A rpi.org source says the 2836 chip is made on 40nm "same as 2835"
Some sources say 40nm and others say 28nm for the 2837.
