It's called pleasing the shareholders. After the Broadcom hostile takeover thing QC committed to 1B savings to please shareholders. QDT operating cost was something like that, probably.
But I'm sure QC is "still committed to expand in new markets and deliver world-class products to customers". After all, public companies are driven by innovation. Lol.
