I wouldn't be surprised if part (most?) of the old Krait team left for some more
interesting jobs than tuning an ARM Ltd core to name it Kryo, and anyway you don't need to
maintain a full CPU team for that task. Note I might be wrong, I have no insider
knowledge, but given how quickly QCOM server team disbanded... :-)
