Last time they did this (with Atom contra-revenue schemes), it showed up in their financials when their mobile divisions started making negative revenue (see Mobile and Communications Group Net Revenue for Q4). If your conspiracy theory is correct, then we should see a similar impact on their datacenter revenue in the next report.
