Pretty sure they sold it all to GF, since that was the point of the deal.

The world's largest DRAM manufacturer can probably deal with eDRAM. I guess it's a matter of cost. Would be a bit ironic if IBM had to pay Samsung to add eDRAM to 7nm when they just sold their manufacturing to cut costs on process development.
