ARM has plenty of momentum and nothing can stop it.
When ARM has a real product that can actually compete with x86, it will sell.

On a serious note there is many things happening in the tech world;
Gamers are becoming fed up of bad business practices as a result,Ea,Bethesda,Blizzard have taken a massive blow to their share prices and reputation.
Nvidia has ramped up the prices of their hardware so much because of the rate crypto miners were buying their cards,now after the boom they will have to rethink their tactics.
Intel have seen this weakness and are designing a discreet gfx card of their own.
Microsoft's slow but sure move to acquire,embed,control opensource software.

ARM is not coming,it's already everywhere.
