Yep. I have three Samsung NVME drives in RAID0 and didn't see any difference in game loading times compared to ages old Intel 320 SATA 2 SSD. There probably is a difference, but my eyes aren't good enough to perceive it. All the games which have annoyingly long loading times are (single or dual-thread) CPU limited.
