It's interesting because is MSFT puts on a strong defense of emulation rights, they'll be on both sides of the emulation issue. Obviously game emulators are more narrowly targeted at piracy, compared to general purpose CPU emulation which is kind of orthogonal to piracy, but it will still be interesting to see how much they talk out of both sides of their mouth.
