Those do not resemble Ice Lake U or Y. Even an early ES should not be so slow, unless many features are disabled due to bugs.

Also the Dell model does not match what is known.


It is rumored that the first Dell model with Ice Lake will be an XPS 13 2-in-1 (which was already demoed at the beginning of the year) and that other models will be launched much later.
