Basically this:
Ryzen 3800X: 8 cores/16 threads, 3.6 GHz base 4.4 GHZ boost at 65W for $329
Ryzen 3800X: 8c/16t, 3.9 GHz base 4.5 GHz boost at 105W for $399
Ryzen 3900X: 12c/24t, 3.8 GHz base, 4.6 GHz boost at 105W for $499
Goes on sale July 7 (for 7/7/7 - july 7 and 7 nm)

Vague 15% IPC boost, no info on new microarchitecture details (boo). They said doubled FP throughput and PCIe 4, but we knew that already
