Well, they're on a process that can actually ship in volume proven for many months, maybe even call it a year now.
So I think AMD will be limited only by TSMC wafer starts.
Unlike a certain blue company whose plan to stick on 14nm because, uh, whatever reasons you've given is obviously not a good plan, and is not what Intel intended.
