The FX-9590 has a base clock of 4.7GHz, a max boost of 5.0GHz, and 8 cores. The i7-9700K has a base clock of 3.6GHz, a max boost of 4.9GHz, and 8 cores.
We conclude the FX-9590 is the best CPU.
Or we could stop doing terminally stupid things like comparing (different) CPUs on clockspeed. Or max boost speeds, which is even worse, really.
