I realize that would change with the 3950X, but honestly, my main requirement is "4k desktop". There are still entirely passively cooled ones out there, even if they aren't sexy or top end, and aren't for gamers. I haven't worried about it, although it's a negative.
The only gaming I do is basically beat saber on a PS4.
