Searching "bare metal cascade lake", showed immediately offers from at least IBM Cloud and from Amazon EC2 C5 instances.

This is the best you can get in a cloud until next year.


For more AVX-512 instruction groups, you must pay


1. either much more money than it is worth (starting from $1000 for pathetic performance to $2650 for decent performance equivalent with an i7 Whiskey Lake) for an otherwise nice small laptop: Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 7390


2. a more reasonable amount of money for a NUC8I3CYSM with Cannon Lake. I see it now for $650 at Newegg, even if it could be found for less than $550 when I have bought it.
