In the Apple Lightning CPU that Apple is releasing in a few days, there's a quite odd SIMD/DSP extension which is nowhere near standard.
The list of instructions for the extension:
Would this fragmentation in the AArch64 world cause issues? This means that there are 3 separate SIMD extensions now, one of which is Apple-only.
