Intel jump erratum

New apparently serious erratum for Intel processors. The whitepaper describes it as occurring for any jump instruction that crosses or ends at a 32-byte boundary, where "jump instruction" also includes the entirety of a fused ALU-jump pair (the distinction being important since most jumps are fused and the fusion effectively increases the size of the jump and hence the chance of boundary crossing).

The microcode fix disables the uop cache for such jumps.

It applies to conditional and unconditional jumps, indirect jumps, and returns (call is not mentioned).
