Ummm Leakage is Vdd*Istop so

Cache leakage 4.55*1.1/1.3=3.8W
Core leakage 18.2*1.1/1.3=15.4W

so total is 85.4W max power or around 60W TDP ;)
like 2.66Ghz P4..............
