I haven't watched it at all yet. I have a link to it and will check it out later this week when I have time. For now I'm just going on the information I've read from others who have watched it.
And I won't see the 'registered dev' thing at all since I'm not one. I'm sure there are multiple articles out there with the highlights from that, maybe someone has a link to one of the better ones that lets those of us without access to it see what was said?
