Apple can say it a million times and people will refuse to listen, but look at some of the details in the words Apple uses.
eg compare : "But how will Apple match the performance of a Xeon-based Mac Pro" with "Advantage of using ARM is scalable"...
(The bitcode opinion is, IMHO, speculation. It makes sense as the baseline -- go native with an entitlement -- but we don't yet have evidence one way or the other.)
Of course he's just saying the tech points; you miss the asides and implications if you don't see the full thing.
