Out of interest, I talked to Dell reseller and he confirmed.
Dell New Vostro series 5301 and 5402 appears on the web site, but they don't accept orders.
But then I took a look at what's available in the retail and it appears different.
Asus ZenBook 13 UX325 with i5-1135G7 is available right now in the store less than 3km from my office. Same for i7-1165G7. Same for ZenBook 14 UX425.
So, it seems, if I want TGL for work, I'd have to wait until February, or late January at best, but for home with my own money I can get it right now.
