It's just some third party website posting scores from God knows what sources...
I don't think there is actully a single benchmark in existence that would actually test single core performance this way, by also taking that SMT/HT's performance yield into account. IMHO it is actually an interesting thing to look into, but I think most people actually disagree and think the second thread should just be left to all-cores testing.
