It will improve. Each of their planes is supposed to host 60 satellites. Right now, they only have 20 per plane. 20 per plane is enough for full duration coverage if the dish is pointing in the exactly correct direction, and has fully unobstructed vision over it's entire steering range. As they launch more, and populate more planes, the area of the sky that each ground terminal needs to have clear view of will go down.
