For Meteor Lake, it was said clearly that the tile with CPU cores will be done in Intel's 7-nm process.
Nothing was said by the other tiles.
While it seems that there are also plans with some Intel CPU's to be made by TSMC, it is not known yet which those will be, except that they are not Alder Lake/Sapphire Rapids or Meteor Lake/Granite Rapids, which are designed for the Intel enhanced 10-nm and 7-nm processes.
