Hmm. I definitely saw other places mention transactional memory (and you can google it).
But I wonder if that was perhaps confusion because at least some announcement had a pointer to the SVE2 presentation from a few years ago at Linaro Connect (Bankok 2019), that had TME in the same "ARM new technologies" paper.
And I'm pretty sure I saw TME mentioned on that ARM page when I followed the link originally.
But you're right that it's not there now.
Oh, I think ARM has edited it. You can still see signs of it here:

and right now it still says that the "Architecture version" for "Transactional Memory Extension (TME)" is Armv9.0-A.
But it does seem like TME might have been a mistake for v9.0-A and that ARM is editing it out.
