Nvidia Announces ARM HPC CPU

A future Neoverse core (with an unclear core count, though if someone wants to count the cores on the marketing images, it could probably be figured out) with an extremely wide LPDDR5X interface and NVlink.

This is, IMO, a pretty big deal - though not a surprising one.
