Well, if you sum L2 + SLC it is still 144MB of SRAM which is not that bad (but definitely behind the 256MB+ of some EPYC SKUs). Definitely seems to be more of a shared victim cache than anything else. Maybe they're really good at making bypass decisions when evicting from L2 into LLC :)
