This is an obvious error in Ark.
The correct specification must be that the TVB clock frequency is 5.0 GHz, like in any other CPU with 4.9 GHz turbo 3.0 and like the maximum available for Tiger Lake.

The same Ark sheet also contains other obvious errors, e.g. the BGA size is written as 42 mm x 28 mm instead of the correct 50 mm x 26.5 mm.

Unfortunately recently the quality of Ark editing has decreased and I see more and more errors.
